Exchange/Return Policy


Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges because of the nature of the products we sell, as they are considered personal hygiene items. Once a wig is placed on one’s head it is considered used and therefore, not eligible for a return. All sales are final.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Worn goods such as wigs, eyelashes, opened and used adhesives, gels, hair creams or other hair products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are altered, cut, damaged, not and that are not original products from XoXo Kalani’s line of items.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards and other downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items include worn wigs, hair extensions, and eyelashes.
Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. No exceptions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You can contact XOXO Kalani directly by emailing: xoxo@xdoxoKalani.com to discuss how to resolve any issue(s) you may have. Without notifying us first we have no way of tracking your order and working with you on a resolution.

Any item that has any type of issue must be notated immediately upon receiving the order and no more than 24 hours after delivery. Pictures/videos are taken of every order prior to shipment to ensure that no faulty items are shipped. This is done to protect both the customer and XoXo Kalani.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
