When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Please read that again. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We strive to get each order processed and delivered much faster than that, however, each order goes through processing which looks like this: customer places order - payment is verified with the financial institution which could take 3-7 days (depending on the financial institution and the day of the week typically weekends are not included) - once cleared, the order is officially placed in que in the order it was received - the item(s) then enters the inspection process which we take extremely seriously as we want to ensure every customer receives the absolute best products and depending upon how big the customer's order is it could take up to 24 hours to inspect each item - once approved for shipping the order is packaged and the delivery service picks up the package to ship to the customer - once the package has left our warehouse the packages can take 7-21 days to reach their destination. We ship worldwide and the time it takes to reach the customer depends on the customers location in relation to our warehouse.

Do you refund shipping fees?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information and a tracking number.I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order immediately check your delivered items. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving the items and we are happy to resolve all issues but please note we do not issue refunds.
